Does the kit include EVERYTHING I need? Or will I need to purchase some other things too?The kit includes everything you need to provide 30 services in full. You will have enough product to provide up to 100 Lash Lifts, but you’ll require to purchase extra disposable items (such as mascara wands and eye pads).

Do I supply my own models?Yes, you will have to supply your own models. (If you can't please notify Vanessa at least 2 week prior) Vanessa will provide model 1 as your demonstration. You must provide model 2 & 3. 11.45am and 1:00pm.

I can't find any models to come on my training day - what do I do?Models can be supplied by Vanessa but will incur an additional fee of $50AU (in total) This may be useful if you’re travelling far to receive your training, or you don’t have friends/family that are free during your class time. Let me know in advance and all you’ll have to do is simply turn up at your training day.

Will I be certified after this course?Yes! You will be certified, not accredited. For what it’s worth, in Australia you don’t need any qualifications to perform beauty services or run a beauty business. If you’re specifically chasing an accreditation, you will need to go to a educational institution (Eg. Chisholm Tafe, Elly Lukas) as these are the only facilities that can provide accreditation. All other trainings are considered certifications.

How is the content delivered?All theoretical components are covered at the beginning of the 1:1 training day. From there, students will complete all practical components. Students will also receive a comprehensive training manual to take home after their training and access to an online portal.

Is there post-training support?Of course! I aim to be as helpful as possible to my students after their training date. You can email and I’ll endeavor to get back to you ASAP. Most students will provide me with several case studies post training so that I can offer advice and reassurance.
